Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
Unused and in the same condition as received
In its original packaging
With tags, accessories, and any included materials
Accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation
Please note that returns must be requested and approved before sending any item back. Because some of our products are fulfilled through dropshipping partners, return instructions may vary depending on the supplier and product type.
How to Start a Return
To request a return, please contact us through our Contact Us page and provide:
Your order number
The item(s) you want to return
The reason for the return
Photos or videos if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect
Once your request is reviewed, we will provide the next steps and return instructions if your return is approved.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can review the issue and make it right.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide clear photos and/or a video showing:
The item received
The packaging
The shipping label
The issue with the product
Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges in all cases. The quickest way to receive a replacement item is to request a return for the original item, if eligible, and place a new order separately.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take several business days for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.

Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error, a defective item, or a damaged delivery.
